Terms and Conditions
  1. Contest starts on 19th November 2021. Any entries before that will be disqualified.
  2. Last date to send entries 22nd November 2021.
  3. Only images will qualify for the selection process. No other formats will be entertained.
  4. By submitting the entry form, the participants agree that the photographs could be used by the contest organizers
  5. No offensive, objectionable, unlawful content will be allowed. Entries with such content will be rejected
  6. The judgment of the jury will be final.
  7. The organizers retain the right to make any changes to the event, its format, date, rules and in any matter related to this event, at any time before or during the event.
  8. Organizers reserve the right to accept or reject any application to registration and / or entry to the event proceedings.
  9. Once you register for the event you indicate your acceptance that the decision of the organisers and judges will be final and binding on all issues related.
  10. By registering for the event, you also indicate your acceptance to these terms and your consent to the effect that the organisers can send you communication from time to time regarding Karthigai Dheepam or any other initiatives by the organisers or its group entities.
  11. Prizes once awarded will be final and there would be no exchange/substitution of the prizes to the winners.
  12. All tax liabilities wherever applicable, will be the responsibility of the recipients of the prizes.
  13. The organizer reserves the right to alter/ amend/ modify any rules of any contest at any time without any notice whatsoever.
